Critical care professionals share expertise at Dräger’s fifth Advanced Ventilation Symposium

Medical technology specialist Dräger welcomed ventilation and critical care professionals to its annual Advanced Ventilation Symposium in London.

The conference, which began in 2012, offers insights on developments and key topics on respiratory management of critically ill patients.

The fully booked symposium at the Royal Society of Medicine in London, enabled delegates to watch presentations from a line up of seven respiratory care experts including Professor Luciano Gattinoni, Italy and Dr Nader M. Habashi, USA.

Other speakers included Luigi Camporota, Maxime Patout and Boris Lams, London and Sanjoy Shah, Bristol.

Feedback from delegates so far has been extremely positive with comments such as “It is the best meeting I have attended in years. Amazing!”, “Well managed and great collection of speakers!” and “Excellent course, I have recommended it to all my colleagues”.

Lesley Youren, Dräger’s Marketing Manager for Respiratory Care, said: “The continued education and development of critical care professionals is a key priority for Dräger and we believe the symposium provides an ideal platform for sharing insights and best practice in this field.”

“I would like to thank all of the speakers and the delegates who attended, helping to make it yet another fantastic year for the Advanced Ventilation Symposium.”

Videos of this year’s lectures will be uploaded on Dräger’s dedicated Advanced Ventilation Symposium website soon.
