Formerly known as the GAT ASM, the Association of Anaesthetists Trainee Conference is the leading trainee scientific meeting in the UK aimed at all levels of trainee anaesthetists from ST1 to ST7, medical students and first-year consultants.
The conference has an attendance of around 300 delegates each year and gives trainees a great opportunity to network with their colleagues, present their work as an oral presentation or poster and attend exciting and current workshops.
Special Association Trainee and Medical Student member rates apply.
On Wednesday after the scientific lectures finish there will be an informal gathering for drinks in the exhibition area, an excellent opportunity to meet with colleagues and discover more about working abroad, anaesthesia sub-specialties, LTFT and much more. This is free to attend and there is no need to book.
The annual dinner and dance will take place on the Thursday evening, and will give you the chance to meet with colleagues old and new, sample some delicious food and drink and let your hair down on the dance floor. This year’s event will be held at RAF Cosford in their stunning Hangar 1.
